These terms describe the scope of the EYZEC public website, demonstrations, planning tools, and contact-request experience.
Informational website
The public site provides product information, commercial program descriptions, planning tools, and illustrative technology demonstrations. It is not a production control plane and does not by itself establish that EYZEC has been deployed in a particular environment.
AI protection—not insurance coverage
EYZEC is protective software, not an insurance company, insurance producer, insurance policy, warranty, indemnity, or financial coverage. Comparisons between EYZEC and insurance describe a familiar risk-reduction purpose only. EYZEC does not collect premiums, issue coverage, pay claims, reimburse losses, or guarantee that an incident will not occur.
Permission is not an outcome guarantee
An EYZEC ALLOW result means only that an action satisfied the organization’s configured protection rules within the evaluated scope at that time. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of accuracy, quality, legality, safety, profitability, clinical appropriateness, or business performance. Customers remain responsible for their rules, AI use, decisions, and results.
Demonstrations and simulated evidence
Interactive demo outcomes and demo evidence are illustrative. They are not production certification, legal-compliance opinions, security guarantees, regulatory approvals, independent conformance results, or promises of business success.
Commercial scope
Assessment, Gateway, Training, and Enterprise descriptions are starting points for a scoped discussion. Final deliverables, responsibilities, availability, implementation details, and commercial terms require separate agreement.
No invented assurance
The website does not represent EYZEC as holding a certification, authorization, accreditation, customer deployment, service-level commitment, or verified performance result unless that claim is separately established and explicitly stated.
Your submissions
Use public forms only for business contact and non-sensitive scoping information. Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, private customer records, regulated production data, confidential source code, or other secrets.
Use of the site
Do not use the public site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content you do not have authority to provide.
Changes
The public product, demonstrations, and these terms may change as EYZEC develops. Material changes to the site's handling of personal information should also be reflected in the Privacy notice.
