This notice describes the information handled by the EYZEC public website in this build and how the contact-request flow works.
Information you submit
EYZEC forms can ask for information such as your name, business email address, company, role or title, company size, areas of interest, and a non-sensitive description of an AI use case, assessment objective, or training request. Some forms collect additional selection fields needed to describe the request.
How form submissions are handled
When you submit an EYZEC contact form, the site sends the form data to the site's /api/request-info endpoint, implemented as a Netlify Function. The function validates and limits the submitted fields.
If the email service is configured, the function uses Resend to send an informational response to the business email address you supplied. If an EYZEC sales inbox is configured, the function can also send a lead notification to that inbox so the request can be reviewed and answered.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, private customer records, regulated production data, confidential source code, or other secrets through the public forms. The forms are intended for business contact and non-sensitive scoping information.
Analytics and tracking
This website build does not include an analytics or advertising tracking integration. If that changes, this notice should be updated before relying on a different statement.
Service providers
The current contact flow uses Netlify for the hosted site/function path and Resend for configured email delivery. Those providers process the information needed to perform those services under their own applicable terms and policies.
Retention and requests
The public site code does not define a separate customer-record database or a fixed retention schedule. Contact information delivered to EYZEC through the configured email flow may remain in the relevant email systems until it is deleted under EYZEC's operating practices. To ask about information submitted through this site, use the same business contact channel provided by EYZEC.
Changes
This notice should be revised when the public website's data collection or processing changes.
